Claim settled swiftly and without argument!

We never know how good insurance is until we make a claim....... well, I had to claim for one of my cats. Firstly, diagnosis followed by treatment. At every stage Pet Emporium has paid out promptly and fully in accordance with my policy. It made such a difference at a time when I was worried about my cat to know that she was so well covered. Claim settled quickly

The claim I had to make was accepted with no issues and paid in accordance with the policy very promptly. I was impressed. The customer service has always ben very good but it is when one needs to claim that the real quality shows! I am very happy with Pet Emporium Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
