Real people to talk to , not robots

Covered to go have been very helpful when we had some reasons to make alterations to our policy for health reasons. It is such a relief to phone up, get the phone answered quickly and speak to real people NOT A.I. who are doing their best to be helpful. Reviewed on: 29th September 2022
