A good experience.

Very happy with the efficiency handling a claim for leaky bathroom. It was difficult in this case how to ascertain where the water was coming from. Total Landlord Insurance gave clear instructions of what was required, we submitted the claim backed up by pictures it was obvious as the work commenced that it was a much bigger job and again supplied pictures and revised estimate which was accepted without query very impressed and happy customer.
