Dreadful

I would like to give zero star if possible. Customer service is non existent. Everything is online and when you get in contct nobody ever replies. You are waiting for being connected to a robot, then waiting to be connected to a person. The person sends automatic response and you are again waiting half hour for them to reply. It is shocking!!!
