Excellent

Luckily, I have never had to make a claim, but from what I understand they are one of the best to deal with. I have had a policy with them for 5 years now for my horse. They are always a good price and when I have had a payment issue they have helped me resolve it quickly. Their phone lines are never too busy and someone friendly always answers the phone. I will continue to keep my policy with them further. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Great customer service & price

Luckily (touch wood) I have never had to claim, however, I feel safe knowing my horse is insured with these guys and their prices are really competitive. I've had my horse insured with them for over 4 years now. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2022
