The customer service is absolutely terrible I don’t think One member of their staff have actually learned anything about customer service I’ve been trying to get my money back from them for almost 3 months in regards to an order never arrived it was never even placed and ordered yet they charge me for it they keep fobbing me off with the same story saying that waiting to here from the merchant It’s been months how long does it take to hear back from these merchants I don’t believe there is any merchants I have spoken to 8 or nine different members of there staff in the last couple of months only to be told the same thing over and over and over again surely if you had a customer that was complaining as much as I would you just want to get the issue resolved and out of the way and done and dusted like a normal customer service team would however Clearpay do not care about that they will take your money and never give it back terrible company terrible customer service I would not recommend
