Scammers. Kept my money.

I bought car insurance by mistake with them and immediately cancelled it. Yet they kept £25 of the refund. I tried phoning to get it back and the obnoxious customer services lady just quoted a load of legal jargon at me saying I couldn't get it back. Avoid this company at all costs.
