I reluctantly became a landlord after losing my job & Hamilton Fraser was very helpful & empathic in their dealings with me. Fast forward 2 years & I found myself having to remotely manage an HMO property let by my stepmother, following the death of my father. Hamilton Fraser was the only company that could act sensibly & sensitively - rather than a 'computer says no' attitude - in helping my elderly, none computer-literate stepmother, who is based abroad.
