Overall good experience

Have had to make 2 claims and the process is quick and simple. Claims were not disputed. First claim experience was wonderful, second time I had to chase as it hadn’t progressed after 8 weeks. It was sorted fairly quickly after that and appeared to be an error in the system. Customer service team great for advice and renewal queries. Would recommend to family and friends.
