Brilliant company

I had 5 pets with them on a multi cover policy. It's their premium cover and yes it costs a bit but it gives me complete peace of mind. I unfortunately have needed to make several claims and have the process simple and easy. These have been claims direct to me or to the vet and both have been smooth. Whenever I have had to speak to customer service representatives they are polite and extremely helpful. My claims are paid and I have no real issues. So I couldn't really ask for any more than that.
