I have had my van insured with Direct Line for 3 years. Customer service has always been great and annual fees ar3 very competitive.

Customer service is always excellent. Prompt email responses, always happy to discuss any questions by phone - yes, they actually answer the phone! Undertake all of the leg work with the vets and dogs records. I have all 7 of my dogs registered; the oldest is 14, the youngest 17 weeks. Very happy.
