Claim settled without fuss

Having been with another pet insurance provider for many years without making a claim of any kind, we were unhappy with a substantial increase in premium for our two Cocker Spaniels (previously three). We took our business to Many Pets and were pleased with the premium for two dogs. Unfortunately, a few weeks later our youngest dog ingested a foreign body and needed emergency surgery and aftercare. Many Pets were brilliant, settling the vets bill directly with the surgery and made what was a very worrying time a more bearable experience and proving the value of pet insurance I.e. you don't need it until you need it!
