Good quote & cover, communication not brilliant

Having had a policy with PE a few years ago they have recently written to me trying to encourage me back. As it turns out, an online price comparison search brought them out as the best price for the cover required, so I signed up again. A couple of days later they rang me offering me a competitive quote, apparently unaware that I had just taken out a policy! So not great on the communication front but happy with the cover Reviewed on: 25th January 2018
