Fabulous customer service !!

My boy has had ear infections for 2 years resulting in loads of vet bills . Quickest ever payment was 4 hours ! Having worked in financial services I know that sometimes things are slower but the positive thing here is that many pets keeps you updated! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else ! I’ve also used the first vet service (um - dog ate a cooked rib bone !) and they were excellent !!! Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
