Excellent Service

Well what can I say. Many pets are outstanding to say the very least. Our dog was struck by a car and required immediate vet care and then referred for specialist surgery. Three vets were involved and Manypets made the whole process simple at a very stressful time for us. They simply asked what’s vets were involved and more or less took it from there. The only correspondence I got thereafter was confirmation emails that the outstanding vets fees were paid. Now that’s what I call service. Bravo Manypets…..My only wish is for more insurance companies to follow suit and be this considerate, compassionate and caring. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
