Compassionate

Compassion and understanding shown on the sudden death of my last dog. I had called to cancel the policy and was told that I could claim for her death. It had not occurred to me to claim. I now have a new dog insured with you. One thing I would have liked is a premium that remains the same throughout the life of the dog, I know you used to do it and that the early years may be more expensive but the financial planning option may be appreciated.
