Amateurs happy to take money

Mismanaged claims, which are outsourced to around 10 different companies to all fail on. Hidden terms and conditions. Unable to contact them and take no responsibility for complaints (expect customers to work out which of the outsourced companies you need to direct the complaint to even when it’s multiple failiures and unclear where the process has fallen down).
