A Genuinely User Friendly Pet Insurance Company

Many Pets was recommended by a friend, when it was still BBM. We insured 4 dogs and 2 cats with them. Before the metaphorical ink was even dry, the elderly dachshund had an attack of acute pancreatitis and spent 24 hours in hospital, then the GSD cross had to be put to sleep, and the Labrador puppy developed a urinary tract infection. Many Pets couldn’t have been more helpful. They were compassionate, and dealt directly with the vet practice where possible. They paid out quickly, and kept us informed every step of the way. I also like the email reminder they send each month telling you how much they will be collecting via DD. After having made several claims over the previous 12 months, I dreaded to see my renewal quote, but I was pleasantly surprised and relieved! Yes, our premium went up, in common with everything else this year! But the increase was reasonable, and far less than other pet owners I know who are insured elsewhere and have never claimed on their pet insurance. I am very happy with Many Pets and never hesitate to recommend them when someone asks me about pet insurance. I sincerely hope they will remain the outstanding company they are today.
