Great idea, but occasional reliability issues prevent full-on usage

App works well and got great usability. Launched Currents Account recently sparking further features. Very helpful customer service. So why 4 stars? The overall offering is still not as competitive as others (such as having multi-currency accounts) or offering interest on balance. Most importantly, they got repeat issues with cards not working. TL;DR: they're definitely spearheading the fintech revolution in the country and got a great package, but got some homework to do to ensure folks are not just using them as a "side-account" but making the full-on switch.
