Impossible to claim

Please don't waste your money! Fantastic customer service when buying or reviewing but as soon as you want to make a claim then it is impossible. I have spent hours on the phone never to be answered, the website constantly shows an error and I have no replies to emails. Absolutely shocking. According to my policy, I should be able to claim a large amount of money back but I have sadly had to accept I have been conned by this company and I will not be getting this back.
