They didn't want my business!

After ca. 10 years with LV (home and cars insurance), they quoted me a 75% increase in house and contents cover following 1 claim for roof damage in Storm Eunice, February 2022. Not only that, on the phone the operator was completely uninterested in explaining or justifying this, and was simply in a hurry to cancel the cover on the policy end date. I will take all my policies elsewhere. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022
