Review of the Hastings Direct, Car insurance:

Absolutely useless

I insured my new car in December 2021 and this firm was quick enough to take my business. 11 months later when the new insurance was due I got a letter saying that they couldn't insure me anymore. When finally getting through on the phone, the chap told me that it was the underwriters that couldn't insure my car and no reason given, and here was me thinking I was insured with Hastings Direct, silly me.
