So far so fair

They processed my claim quite efficiently, they try to match the same bike you had stolen if possible, I appreciated them replacing my sold secure locks as they had been cut when my ebikes were stolen. So far so good, keep up the good job. I can’t complain about timings - they seem to have a small claims team but they follow up within a reasonable timeframe. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022
