Renewal complaint

I received my renewal quote which when I worked it out had risen by 30%. I called customer services and questioned the cost rise, as I hadn6made any claims, nothing had changed in my circumstances and no convictions. The very helpful agent looked into the new quote whilst I was still on phone and came back to me very quickly with a new quote at same price as previous year and also upgraded me to premium customer which resulted in that new quote would remain fixed for a 3 year period. Obviously I was very happy with this, but also the way my complaint was handled not only in a friendly manner but very efficiently. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
