Review of the Churchill Insurance, Car insurance:

Breach of agreement

My son has car insurance with Churchill his DD is going through his sisters bank they were meant to take payment today but haven’t we have all the paperwork saying it is all set up and now they’re saying it can’t be done like this and if they haven’t received payment in 3 days they are cancelling the insurance. Surely this is a breach of there agreement. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
