Fantastic overall customer service

You don't really know how your insurance company performs until you have to call on them. I can honestly say after calling on One Call Insurance for a car insurance claim they could not have done any more in terms of customer service. From start to finish they looked after me, updated me with how my claim was going, and asked me what else they could have done once the claim was settled. I was more than happy to reply they could not have done anything else to make the process very easy and very painless. Suffice to say I have stayed with them, again and again and again...
