Don't bother

It took over one and half hours to open an account because I had to go back after I went in to open an account, and there web site states your card is printed on the same day, But I was told it will be sent after five days and the pin some time after that. and they do not what you to have a current account only a cash account, If you don't have a Passport or a photo driving licence, and I had the other forms of ID, that they state and you need to have a credit check done anyway, If you want a Cheque book or to set up a direct debit. But I will tell people "I don't like" to open an account there. Why should I be the only one lied to. I was still waiting to use this account on line but after fourteen days i now can.
