Exceptional money transfer experience

I have not had to go through the money transfer process for many years and was nervous about making a costly error. My assigned Private Client Account Manager couldn't have been more helpful and patient, getting my account ready so that I could transfer straight away when I made my decision, and explaining the various factors that were influencing the exchange rates so that I felt confident that I had made the best decision for my own personal circumstances. When the time came the actual process was smooth and handled in an efficient, competent and totally professional manner and I got a great rate. I couldn't be more satisfied and will have no worries the next time I have money to transfer through Currency UK. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2018
