Rude staff; high premiums; removing your no claims, even after not making a claim, then struggling to get heard! No added extras included in policy. Everyone please do NOT use them. I use 1st Insurance. Cheaper, added extras on the policy and brilliant reviews. If people stop using CO OPERATIVE (the only "co operative" part about them is between them and profit margins). Hopefully their Insurance business will be ended by other and better competing companies! Even after reading bad reviews, noticed that Co "Profit Margin" Op, their complaints dept and CEOs, do not even seem to bother replying to anyone with concerns etc. That says alot! Even a tin of their baked beans would offer a better insurance cover and customer service! CEO and managers, please let your Honest Value Baked Beans manage your business. Even your Co op Dirty Fries would be an improved option.
