Awful customer service

Have been with m and s for years. I have never defaulted or had issue with payment. Unfortunately of late their customer service has proven to be worse each time I have needed to contact them. 5 phone calls over the past 2days, conflicting and useless information given whist trying sort a problem. Iam no further forward or sure where my money has gone if anywhere. Lost all confidence now. Shame on you m and s Reviewed on: 21st October 2022
