Diabolical treatment of a vulnerable customer

Appalling gross misconduct against a vulnerable person having lost me over £40,000 through fraud and scams inconsistent procedures from their staff appalling. Customer care from management and appalling communication between fraud team is banks et cetera. Avoid them like the plague they won’t even allow me to move over to NatWest bank. Managed to lose me £155,000 through fraud because of their non-existent checks they failed 100% in there duty of care, stay clear of them they work from home, then a clue what they’re doing, warn everyone to steer clear of them Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
