Rubbish customer service

I had a suspicion that some reward points and a voucher had gone missing. I asked them to provide information on vouchers issued and if so, had they been used and where. All I got back was some rubbish about the Partnership card closing down. Had they read the questions? Obviously not. I got the feeling that wherever my enquiry had arrived at might not be UK based and the answers were just being churned out. Numpties. I know the card is closing down, just answer the question.
