Really bad communication and customer service.

I had a claim going on for a bike theft, the claim was fresh and soon few days after I had a notification of a insurance cancellation which was okay and normal to prevent third party claims in case someone uses the stolen vehicle in an accident and I even confirmed that with my insurer not the broker bike sure where they said it was suspended.
