Absolute shambles of a company Absolute shambles of a company. The app doesn’t work (always says wrong password but you can log into the website with the same details), your claims take weeks to process and they find any reason not to pay you in line with your policy even if they have to make one up. I had emergency dental work done when a filling was damaged and 2 teeth with it which should be 100% covered in my policy. They insisted on then seeing 2 years of dental records which I don’t have due to my dentist closing down during the pandemic so that was declined. I then placed a claim for normal dental work instead and it was then declined around 10-12 days later because the card receipt didn’t match the treatment cost (I’d paid a deposit for the appointment as is policy at the practice and they were happy to confirm). I’ve then resubmitted with the info from the practice and they have now declined my claim as it was started before the qualifying period of 3 months. However that period was up on the 1/9/22 and my emergency appointment was the 3/10 (5 weeks later). They are some how making the assumption with was now pre planned, yet it was an emergency appointment. I had no app update to tell me the outcome, no email no nothing I’ve literally had to login to the website twice a day to see if it’s been sorted. You can’t speak to a manager, anyone in anything to do with claims and you just get through to someone working from home who just says they are sorry but doesn’t actually do anything. Just go with denplan or a company that does things properly these guys are terrible. Reviewed on: 29th October 2022
