Scam - would give zero stars if possible - Thieves

0% for 23 months was advertised as per all credit card companies that do the same. However, having gotten 2 months into the 23 months I have been charged interest. Upon making the complaint I have been told that you get 23 months 0% on the first 2 months purchases. Having used Barlcays, Santander, Sainsburys, Natwest and even their partner bank Lloyds I have never come across this. I was told it isn't a scam but I'm sorry it just is.
