Brilliant service in WIN by Isabel

I booked an appointment to help open a higher savings account and upon arriving realised I had no cash on me and only a new card that wasn't activated yet. Thinking quickly and logically Isabel .T was able to transfer some of the money in my other savings account with Newbury to start my new account that day and saved me having to reschedule for another appointment! Quick and easy, whenever I go into the Winchester branch, they are always bright, cheerful and accommodating. When so many banks and building societies are trying to push everything to be done online, its nice to see that there are still some in the high streets that make and effort.
