One of the worst experience of dealing with customer service

They have the worst call centre setup. The first level staff don't have any experience and reading useless information off a script. I dont think their system is great either as customer service staff don't have a clue what's actually happening. There is no access to any of the specialist teams. So you get stuck. Note also, their SLA for any resolution is 15 working days. And working is the operative word. So if any holidays in any country where the team is located, you get stuc...
