Review of the Aviva, Car insurance:

Very poor service

Restricted number of repair centres. Repair centres are very poor. Accident in May, booked car in for end of August which was the earliest available. Took car in and advised 7 days. Now pushed back to early December with them still having car. Aviva will do nothing about car being with their repairers for 3 months. No car hire, no refund of premium and we have no car. Would have given no stars if possible. Reviewed on: 7th November 2022
