Awful experience, no loyalty!

Awful service! Refusing to pay out cover after being a customer for over 10 years. Stating that the damage was seen as long term damage. Years of paying loyally means nothing. Have cancelled home insurance cover. Opinion is avoid, when purchasing cover with Liverpool Victoria, they happily take your money and not pay out when you need them!
