Very poor customer service, not willing to help, credit out to scam you

I have a PayPal credit account and the direct debit was linked with my bank account, for some reason (no one is Willing to own up) my transactions got cancelled and it affect my credit score which I lost 56 points on. Spoke to PayPal credit and they didn’t care and were not willing to help. Poor service, poor credit system. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2022
