Shambolic

Shambolic! We had someone come to look at our broken fridge. He said there’s a part he needs to order and would come back..then he came back a week later with a completely broken unusable part, now we’ve had 2 more cancelled appointment’s DURING the time slots! (7am-10am and cancelling at 9am) we have now both taken 4 days off work for this and haven’t had a working fridge for over a month! Send a complaint twice and completely ignored.
