Joke of an insurance company

Joke of an insurance company. I took out contents damage and unfortunately my mobile got damaged approx 3 weeks after taking out the policy. The completely ignored my claim at first and when chased refused the claim as it was within the first 30 days. WTF? I paid from day one yet the cover apparently doesn't start from day 1.
