Frozen business account for no reason

After banking with NatWest for over a year they suddenly frozen my account 8 weeks ago with no reason at all. And still will not give me any information or access to monies or statements. Luckily I had just paid my vat but now I need to file my next quarter with no access to 6 weeks of my banking. I have called at least twice a told be told the same thing, some one will call you from the bank, yet nothing. I am a relatively small business and to loose my balance and having to operate on weekly takings holding off outgoing payments is not good for any business. I could have lost my business all together and their customer service is useless and arrogant. Reviewed on: 6th December 2022
