Review of the Ecology Building Society, Savings:

Disappointment and frustration at every stage.

Unfortunately this was the out and out worst experience I have ever had in opening any account of any form. Contradictory emails, links that don't work, password reset function that does not function, no ability to speak to anyone on the helpline, a callback feature that doesn't work, correspondence that arrives out of date. Sad because I liked the credentials, but ultimately was a complete was of my time and effort. Reviewed on: 6th December 2022
