Awful!!!

Dreadful! took a deposit and our charity Van was left without insurance after it was escalated 3 times. They then cancelled the policy and refused to return the deposit because they offered to look at other insurers to reduce the price which went up by 50 percent from their quote....I never refused the policy they just never got back to us. Our charity lost a food donation worth hundreds of pounds and they were awful. I've been cut off, had the phone hung up, waited 40 minutes and then had the phone hung up on me. Every adviser polite and promised the world but repeatedly had no returned calls to sort it out. Worst experience i've ever had ! 8 days! On a positive I've signed up for another of the quotes and they've been awesome within an hour insured and sorted at the cost they provided on compare the market! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
