Consistent issues and horrible to deal with

I wish I'd read the reviews before I got this card. I rarely use it because every time I do, issues happen. The app is shocking and the functionality is horrible, badly lacking and old fashioned. Every time there is an issue their chat function is so slow but doesn't have the option for a notification of their reply - if they ever reply. Their phone line is answered fairly quickly but the staff there are not really empowered to make any kind of decisions and honestly it would be easier to do it myself if only the functionality was there.
