Discrimination against disabled customer

I tried to apply for the current account switch and even though I can pay in the required amount within the period prescribed it appears that as a disabled person with the income I receive I don't qualify for the switch offer despite being able to meet the advertised requirements. Appalling!!! Reviewed on: 16th December 2022
