Poor services, stressful account management, yelled at by staff on the phone

Have been trying to claim this money back for 2 months. Every 2 weeks I send another message and have money taken from my account, and then it's put back because I ask them to look at the evidence. It's mentally draining, stressful and extra effort. On top of that the interest rates are below 1%, applying for credit cards is basically impossible and calling to ask questions is met with burned out staff. Reviewed on: 18th December 2022
