Impossible to get hold of, make you fill multiple forms, just to decline your claim with no reasoning and when you contact for further elaboration you just get ignored. Flight cancelled, had to re-book another one for the next morning, out of pocket for an over night hotel at airport and a one night stay in Mallorca we couldn't use. Will never use again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Don't waste your money!
