Awful service, cannot get a hold of anyone, my house flooded on Friday, it is now Monday evening and I have spoken to one person today, this is the first I've managed to get through. I was told I need to contact the drying team, was given a number that rings out and I cannot leave a voicemail!!! I have 3 children 8,6 and a 1 year old, we have been left with no heating, water or electricity. I have complained and that's been ignored. This company is awful, terrible service, left on hold for hours and hours. Please please please do yourself a favour and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR HOME INSURANCE. If you are with them CHANGE IMMEDIATELY Reviewed on: 19th December 2022
